Catalog Full Description

Aerospace Coatings & Paint Technology associate degree program is a sequence of courses designed to produce an aerospace technician with multiple skill sets, a well rounded understanding of the aerospace industry and the depth and breadth of knowledge which comes from general education courses. This program provides a broad based understanding of coating and paint processes within the aerospace industry. The curriculum includes comprehensive learning experiences in all aspects of the coating and paint industry including formulation, application and specialized areas. Students will round off their educational experience by completing 15 credits of general education courses in five areas of study including mathematics, social sciences, English, humanities, and communications.
