AAS-AUT_TECH - Automotive Technology, AAS

This program allows students to gain skills and knowledge to accurately diagnose, repair and service various automotive vehicles. Program includes classroom and lab instruction in safety, electrical and electronic systems, suspension and steering, engine performance, manual drive train and axles, heating and air conditioning, engine repair and brakes. The program has Automotive Service Excellence Foundation accreditation. Students will round off their educational experience by completing 15 credits of general education courses in five areas of study including mathematics, humanities, and social sciences, English and communications.
